Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please take clear photos or a video of the product and packaging at the time of opening.

Please email your photos or video, along with your order details, to luckystarscoops@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll review your case and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund.
